PASSPORTS
Passports are required for travel to Canada for all attendees.
YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST THREE MONTHS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL INTO Canada.  If your passport will expire within three months of the trip date, you MUST get a new passport, or you will not be allowed to enter the country.

If you do not have a passport, we strongly suggest that you apply now - this process could take a few months to complete. Please visit the links below to help you decide if your passport request needs expediting.

AIR TRANSPORTATION FOR CALIBER VIP PARTNERS
You are responsible for booking your own airfare for both you and your guest. Please send over your air itinerary to CaliberPresidentsClub@caliber.com by Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION and ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and one guest between the airport and the Fairmont Banff Springs on the official arrival and departure dates. After you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, you will exit outside baggage claim and immigration where Event staff holding President's Club signage will be there to meet and greet you, assist with your luggage and escort you to your ground transportation. Transfer time from the airport to the Fairmont Banff Springs is approximately 1.5 hours along the beautiful Trans-Canada Highway.   Along the way, you will enjoy locally sourced charcuterie boxes and refreshments!

As you make your travel plans, please be aware the 2025 President's Club trip is strictly for you and one guest 21 years of age or older only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or guests under 21 years of age, even at your own expense.
